That was what I call brilliant place for party. The hotel was located close enough to Newport with an interest of history of old buildings, and nearby restaurants. The location was central, amazing close to everything so I did n't have to pay for parking. It was at a medium distance from Mission, serving fast food.

The budget queen room we stayed in was brand-new with the dining table at breakfast as well as a bathroom attached. Real good experience and very very helpful staff. Excellent location in a historic area near to the direct center and main areas and most shops & restaurants in Newport. And only a 5-minute walk from International Tennis Hall of Fame.

I had a great dinner at a lovely restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Additionally, I appreciated the on-site parking. The location was breathtaking, just a short walk from a history museum, and within walking distance of several sights in the center.

The rooms are well-equipped and a nice size with jacuzzi and the staff are attentive. There is a central heating, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities - that's always a plus.

The room was reasonably large and budget and had en suite bathroom plus a refrigerator and glassware. The hotel's position was marvellous walking distance to bars and restaurants. Furthermore, the area was walkable.

Beautifully decorated and silent room overall, with private unattached bathroom. Excellent staff, magnificent and incredible location so close to everything. And so close to the restaurants & shops near the waterfront and the nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and beautiful - just a short walk away from Audrain Auto Museum. Set in the downtown area, restaurants and bars were near the venue. The room was extremely pleasant and lovely.

our recent stay at a b&b in newport was great, but our stay at historic hill inn was even better. the location was perfect for walking to activities, the apartment was clean and charming, and richard provided helpful advice. we enjoyed family time playing games and loved the lovely sitting area. a truly exceptional experience.

I recently stayed at this lovely B&B for a weekend getaway. The room was incredibly spacious and quiet, with good lighting and plenty of room to put our luggage. Everything was clean and well-organized. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for strolling around and exploring. We also appreciated the free off-street parking. The staff was exceptional, providing helpful information and making us feel welcome. a great value compared to other options in the area.

The rooms feature a comfortable queen size bed and a nice bathroom. The staff is exceptional and friendly. The inn boasts a fantastic location, just a pleasant stroll away from the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The continental breakfast offered is excellent.
